Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original BioGaia packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
